IPI.HELPDESK™ version upgrade and technical support are provided by the vendor - IPI® Business Solutions, Inc. The vendor does not carry out sales or delivery of the program or implement it or customize it to the customer’s needs.


All consultation and customization services, as well as customer support for implementation and usage issues, may only be provided by an official IPI.HELPDESK™ dealer.


If specific works or services are missing in the service list of the dealer who sold the program to the customer, then the customer may approach another dealer to get the required service.



 

Technical support

Technical support, troubleshooting, and new versions and releases of IPI.HELPDESK™ are provided only by the vendor. You can register on the IPI® Business Solutions, Inc. site to access technical support.
